Björn Fagerström’s present role is as head of project development for offshore connections at Svenska Kraftnät (TSO – Transmission System Operator). Björn has a broad experience from project-based businesses, including large scale engineering and construction projects, such as offshore wind farms, oil and gas structures, pulp and paper plants, etc. Björn has been in various roles, for instance project director, CEO, R&D Director, engineering manager, project manager, but also professor and head of division at the university.

Erik Bergkvist is heading the Advanced Vehicle Engineering and Platform studies function at Volvo Technology, which has a key role in developing new vehicle technologies for fossil-free transportation. The function is responsible for the integration and development of technologies into a complete truck for all brands within the Volvo Group. Erik Bergkvist has extensive experience from a long career in the automotive industry. Erik Bergkvist will talk about sustainability, efficiency & productivity for future transport solutions.

Christoffer Levandowski

Biography
Christoffer is responsible for coordinating the research initiatives, and for developing the R&D project portfolio. He focuses on delivering state-of-the-art technology to the ES-30 program, while keeping the promises to our R&D partners. Christoffer Levandowski brings experience from research and development in reliable systems for the automotive industry. He has five years of experience in leading research and development of safety critical electronics and software for customers like Volvo Cars, Zenseact and Volvo Trucks. The technologies at focus were autonomous drive, and electric propulsion. As an example, Christoffer led the work in developing AI-based software for predicting failures in batteries, and safety algorithms for making vehicle perception more reliable. Before pursuing his industrial career, Christoffer got his PhD, and worked as a post-doc researcher and project manager in Systems Engineering, at Chalmers University of Technology, Gothenburg, Sweden.
